Method 2-)

a-) Clear data and cache of your Android phone or tablet first.

  • Tap on Settings.
  • Tap on Storage.
  • Clear Cache and Data.

b-) If you many pictures, videos, PDF files or any other kind of file on your device, please try move them to another resource. (Card, Computer, HDD)

c-) Remove all applications which you do not need.

d-) Use a file manager application and remove all unnecessary files from directory of your phone.
